Lara Maestrini
Psychologist
Coming from a background in Clinical Psychology, Lara trained in Counselling Psychology to move away from the constricted view of 'mental illness' she perceived in the field and to see people as people rather than patients. She embraces a holistic perspective of mental health and therapeutic support in her practice. The ethos of her work lies in adapting to each individual’s needs, reflecting the uniqueness of each person. Having worked with a wide range of issues, Lara has gained valuable insight and expertise in working with guilt, burnout, compassion fatigue, and self-neglect.
